All quotations, proforma invoices, and tender proposals submitted by Haste Enterprises Limited (HEL) are valid for the timeframe specified in the document. Pricing is subject to technical specification verification and final purchase order agreement.

Supply Chain & Delivery Compliance

HEL coordinates logistics and delivery in accordance with agreed contract timelines. Goods delivered are inspected against technical specifications prior to client sign-off.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
